Mr. Pravin Tripathi, CEO & Managing Director of PRAVA Group of Companies founded the company. PRAVA is led by visionary leader Mr. Pravin Tripathi with 30 years of very rich experience in global pharmaceutical Industry. He is B. Pharm. (Hons.) from Birla Institute of Technology & Science and MBA from BIT MESRA the most premium institutes of eminence in India. He has also attended Ashridge – Hult Business University – London, IIM – Kolkata, XLRI- Jamshedpur etc. He has been awarded OPPI award for marketing excellence.
He has represented Indian Pharma Industry on various international platforms like FICICI where he has been speaker. He has been visiting various management and pharmaceutical institutes as visiting faculty to nurture and guide the young talent of future. He has also been mentor at VISIT HEALTH ( www.getvisitapp.com) since its start.
In his journey to top he worked with best of global pharma companies and rose to the rank of CEO after a humble start as Medical Representative. He is very passionate about his work, team and customers.
He extensively travelled across globe to more than 60 countries multiple times for business.
He has large number of doctors, distributors and pharma companies as his partner and he highly values his relationships with them.

He is also co-founder and CTO of Visit Health (www.getvisitapp.com) a new-age healthcare company providing health care directly in homes through the use of technology.

An MBBS from MS University Vadodara is driving promotion, advertising, BD activities at PRAVA Pharmaceuticals. She dedicates her time to developing Business development initiatives and HR functions.

An MBBS, MD (Surgery) from premium institute Maulana Azad Medical College Delhi, Dr. Shruti is the brain behind the global medical initiatives of PRAVA Pharmaceuticals. Under her leadership, Prava Pharma R&D and business teams identify innovative molecules for development and global commercialization.

An M.A. B.Ed and social worker, Sandhya has a passion for social work and animal welfare. She devotes her valuable time to helping underprivileged children get an education. She also works closely to alleviate the sufferings of ailing animals. PRAVA Pharma’s corporate social responsibilities and employee welfare plans are driven by her.
